Koscielny forced off against Norwich with hip injury

The centre-back has added to the Gunners' injury woes after hobbling off in the first half of his side's clash on Sunday

Arsenal have been dealt yet another injury blow after Laurent Koscielny was forced off against Norwich City with a hip injury.

The France international pulled up as he prepared to make a challenge, before taking a slight bump on his leg from team-mate Nacho Monreal.

Koscielny fell to the floor in agony clutching his hip, and despite several minutes of medical treatment was forced to withdraw from the match, with Gabriel brought on in his place.The Gunners have already lost a host of first team players through injury, with Jack Wilshere, Theo Walcott, Daniel Welbeck and Mikel Arteta all absent for the trip to Carrow Road.

Victory for Wenger's side will see them move level with Manchester City and Leicester City on 29 points at the top of the Premier League after 14 games.
